Rubber Sole Remastered

Rubber Sole Remastered is offering Sole Salvation as a climbing shoe resoling business in Rocklands, South Africa.

 

The name riffs off the Beatles album title Rubber Soul – and the business is all about bending and sculpting rubber to replace (or remaster) the soles on climbing shoes, the give them a second (or third!) life.

 

I had some fun creating this one because the clever name lends itself to good design. We sculpted the letters into the shape of a climbing shoe and added some Rocklands springtime daisies to add to the slightly 70s theme.

 

We made some stickers out of the climbing shoes, and developed some other versions for use as social media profile pics (circle) and on invoices (black and white square.)
